We are committed to Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity, and we’re looking for a Case Manager Assistant to support our dynamic Pre-Litigation Department.The OpportunityAs a PI Case Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Case Managers in the development and progression of client cases, ensuring our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.Verify balances with medical providers.Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant (Personal Injury preferred).Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred).Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).Strong attention to detail, proactive and positive attitude.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to manage a high volume of PI pre-litigation cases.Experience with Litify or Salesforce (strong plus).Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
