Job description
Full Potential Solutions is hiring a full-time Cash Services Manager in Coppell, Texas. This on-site leadership role oversees the Cashiering and Cash Management departments, including cash posting and reconciliation, wire transfers, and disbursements.
Position Summary
The Cash Services Manager ensures that cash operations comply with investor requirements, company policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls. The manager leads two department supervisors and a team of more than 10 associates, supporting accurate, timely, and controlled handling of funds. Experience with MSP or another loan servicing platform is valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Cashiering and Cash Management operations follow investor and company guidelines.
- Oversee timely posting and deposit of funds received from internal and external sources.
- Manage wire transfer processing and check disbursements.
- Ensure cash accounts are reconciled on time and reconciling items are resolved.
- Manage vendor relationships, including lockbox service providers.
- Maintain internal controls that help prevent fraud and misallocation of funds.
- Support SOX compliance and general audit risk assessments.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and support client satisfaction.
- Coach and provide performance feedback to supervisors and staff.
- Recommend salary and personnel actions for department employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Directly supervises two department supervisors.
- Provides leadership to more than 10 indirect reports across Cashiering and Cash Management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, analytical, and process management skills.
- Proven experience with MSP or another loan servicing platform.
- Ability to oversee cash posting, reconciliation, transfers, and disbursements while maintaining operational controls.
- Knowledge of investor and company guidelines and SOX compliance requirements.

- Salary: $85,000 per year.
