Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Accurately process sales transactions through cash registers, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain knowledge of store promotions, products, and policies to assist customers effectively. Manage checkout lines efficiently, multitasking between ringing up purchases and assisting customers with inquiries. Ensure that the cash register area is clean and organized at all times, including restocking bags and supplies. Handle customer returns and exchanges with professionalism and create resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven skills in customer service and cash handling. Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Prior experience in a retail or grocery setting is a plus.
