Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer transactions at the cash register. Greet and assist customers to provide outstanding service. Handle cash, credit, and debit payments securely and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area for efficiency. Resolve customer inquiries and transaction-related issues promptly. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Assist with inventory management by processing returns and exchanges correctly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong customer service skills to effectively assist customers. Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles is a plus. As a Cashier at Heineken, you will report directly to the Store Manager and contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to maintaining stock levels and addressing customer queries promptly. Performance will be measured by transaction accuracy, customer feedback, and ability to manage transaction volume effectively.
