Interested applicants who meet the minimum Qualification Standards of these CASUAL POSITIONS may submit their application together with the following documents to the PDIC Human Resource Administration Department or e-mail their application to [email protected] no later than September 17, 2026:
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form 212, Revised 2026) which can be downloaded from www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Work Experience Sheet (WES) which can be downloaded from www.csc.gov.ph;
3. Photocopy of Performance Rating (at least Very Satisfactory) in the last rating period available (if applicable);
4. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license (if any);
5. Photocopy of Diploma and Transcript of Records; and
6. Photocopy of Training Certificates
