Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering events from initial inquiry through completion.
• Manage day-to-day catering operations and ensure events meet company standards.
• Develop relationships with corporate and private clients, event planners, and business partners.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, build menus, and close sales.
• Generate new business through networking, outreach, partnerships, referrals, and local business development.
• Conduct client meetings, venue visits, tastings, and event consultations.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, rentals, transportation, food preparation, and event logistics.
• Work with kitchen and restaurant management teams to coordinate event execution.
• Oversee key events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage event timelines, BEOs, contracts, deposits, payments, and other operational details.
• Monitor catering costs, pricing, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activity and leads.
