Catering Server Job in Greensboro, NC – Temporary Position

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down serving areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after events.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously, following proper service standards.
• Assist with event preparation by ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and special requests to inform guests accurately.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any event challenges.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous food service or catering experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
