Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and performance. Plan and navigate efficient routes based on delivery schedules and current traffic conditions. Maintain accurate delivery records including logs, mileage, and fuel receipts. Communicate proactively with dispatch and support teams to coordinate timely deliveries. Ensure cargo security by inspecting loads for damage or discrepancies before and after transport. Conduct basic vehicle maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid CDL A License is mandatory. Minimum 3 months driving experience preferred, especially in long-haul transportation. Strong safety awareness and dedication to transportation law compliance. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction. Proficiency with navigation systems and route planning tools. Experience in vehicle maintenance is a plus.
