Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed trucks in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring all materials are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain truck safety and performance.
• Keep accurate logs of driving hours, delivery details, and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to receive instructions and update delivery status.
• Deliver loads punctually while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with routine vehicle maintenance and promptly report mechanical issues.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with flatbed driving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven safe driving record and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of flatbed cargo securement techniques.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
• Strong communication skills for team and client interaction.
• Minimum two years of professional driving experience preferred.

As a CDL A Flatbed Driver at Marga Consulting, you will report directly to the Transportation Manager and collaborate closely with dispatch and logistics coordinators to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $30 per hour
