We are looking for: - Minimum 5 years of experience in specialized cargo and high-value load securement. - Proven experience pulling 53' Step Decks, Step Conestogas, or Double Drop trailers. - Clean Driving Abstract & Clean Criminal Background. - No drug/alcohol testing violations or failed randoms. - No accidents resulting in personal injury. - Zero cargo claims. - Clean FMCSA safety history (no pattern of speeding or safety violations). - Ability to cross the border into Canada is a major asset. - Tech-literate and able to communicate effectively via phone, email, and photo logs/updates. - Exceptional ability to follow specialized instructions, stay adaptable, and maintain financial stability. What the work looks like: - Route Variety: Local Atlanta runs, Atlanta to Miami regional routes, and OTR lanes between Texas, the East Coast, and occasional trips to Canada. - Time on the Road: Average 2 weeks out at a time, depending on customer requirements. - Hauling Requirements: Oversize loads requiring precise strapping and tarping.
