- Competent to work in grill, fryer & larder section
- Ability to prep, portion control & plating
- Maintenance of food & hygiene protocols
- Excellent listening & communication skill
- Ability to work mix roster ( opening, closing , weekends / public holidays)
- Approx 30hrs per week
