Build. Operate. Scale. EXPERIENCE 7–12 years In marketplace, hyperlocal services, consumer internet, e-commerce, D2C / logistics, mobility, home services or technology-enabled operations. Candidates with experience in: • Marketplace businesses • Hyperlocal services • Consumer Internet • Home Services • E-commerce • D2C / Consumer brands • Logistics / Mobility • Technology-enabled services • Field/Partner workforce operations Experience with companies such as Urban Company, Snabbit, Pronto, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Ola, Uber, Porter or similar businesses will be highly relevant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own business operations and P&L • Lead Patna launch and build multi-city model • Build partner workforce (recruit, train) • Drive customer experience and service quality • Work with tech-product, growth and finance • Build and lead a high-performance team KEY KPIs • Monthly orders and GMV • Unit economics & contribution • CAC, LTV and repeat rate • Partner utilization and earnings • Cancellation rate and on-time performance • Zone profitability and cash efficiency WHAT YOU WILL OWN As CEO/COO, you will work directly with the Founder & MD and take ownership of the business operating engine.
