Change Management Specialist

Tasks

• Implementing the Change Management Approach and plan to maximize employee adoption and system usage while minimizing resistance to meet organizational objectives.
• Provide coaching to executive leaders sponsoring the change as well as all levels of management as they help their direct reports through transitions.
• Coach functional product owners and the clients people leaders on change management amp; change leadership best practices, lessons learned and trends.
• Designing a tailored change management solution.
• Document, analyze, and map current- and future-state business processes to ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements.
• Write, update, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts, and lead UAT testing sessions.
• Perform data reviews, reconciliation, validation, and define data validation and resolution plans for system cutover.
• Collaborate across project work stream

Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (such as Material Management), SAP Ariba, and complex integrated Cloud ERP projects.

Schedule

• Hybrid (Min. 2 days/week onsite in Edmonton, AB).
