Channel Sales Assistant

Position: Channel Sales AssistantLocation: Costa RicaType of Contract: Outsourcing – Temporary
Job Responsibilities: Maintain and update the customer and partner database, including partner profiling, status updates, development tracking, and community follow-up.Conduct market research and lead identification to support channel expansion and business development initiatives.Manage and maintain the sales funnel by tracking opportunities through each stage, including Mapped, Contacted, Registered, Trained, Demo Installed, First Purchase, Recurring Customer, and Converted.Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of channel events, including managing invitations, email communications, registration processes, QR code generation, attendance tracking, post-event surveys, and ROI reporting.Support CRM administration by ensuring customer and project information is accurate, complete, and up to date.Provide administrative support dedicating approximately 20% of working time to CRM documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support channel performance analysis and decision-making.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure effective execution of channel development initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with CRM platforms or data management tools is a plus.
