Chatbot/IVR Test Lead

Tasks

• Lead testing activities from planning through execution and reporting
• Validate Chatbot, IVR, Voicebot and Agentic solutions
• Develop test strategies, test plans and automation frameworks
• Analyze defects and drive them through closure
• Collaborate with customers and technical stakeholders
• Manage testing teams, status reporting and project deliverables
• Work effectively in a global delivery environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Strong experience testing IVR, Chatbots, Voicebots, Voice Assistants, or NLP frameworks
• Contact Center platforms – Kore.ai, ASAPP, Google GECX
• 3+ years of Cyara / Agentic Automation Testing
• Strong manual amp; automation testing experience
• Experience leading testing teams and handling clients independently
• Strong STLC / QA lifecycle knowledge
• Chatbot / IVR testing and automation
• Google Agentic platform knowledge is a plus
• JSON / XML / REST API testing
• Postman
• SQL / RDBMS
• Linux / SSH / PuTTY
• Jira / Octane
• Test planning, test cases, defect management, reporting amp; traceability
• Experience with NLP / LLM / Agentic testing frameworks
• Strong team management, work allocation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing experience are mandatory.
