Join the team behind Ontario’s only ultra-premium meal-delivery service. This is a hands-on cooking position—not a basic prep or assembly role. Pay: $27–$30 per hour, based on skill & experience. Location: 105 Vanderhoof Ave., Unit 8, Toronto. Full availability across all three production days (Thursday through Saturday) is required. Responsibilities include executing a premium menu weekly, high-volume mise en place, preparing proteins, sauces, emulsions, starches, vegetables, and garnishes from scratch, following recipes, maintaining consistency, tasting critically, troubleshooting, portioning, packing meals, maintaining a clean kitchen, and collaborating with the team. Requirements include strong professional cooking experience, excellent fundamentals, knife skills, confidence with proteins and sauces, a developed palate, ability to follow recipes, organization, reliability, positive attitude, and pride in producing outstanding food.
