Chemical Operator – Chester, PA

Pharma Resourse Group Inc is hiring a full-time, site-based Chemical Operator in Chester, Pennsylvania. This role offers pay of $25 per hour and involves operating pharmaceutical micronization and milling equipment in a regulated production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for entry-level micronization and milling of hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical active ingredients and excipients.
• Monitor production processes and document work on batch records in accordance with good documentation practices (GDPs).
• Follow standard operating procedures, site policies, and current cGMP and safety requirements.
• Maintain clear, complete, and accurate records that are attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate.
• Promptly report non-routine events, deviations, and GMP deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Clean processing areas and equipment according to established procedures.
• Support First Time Right (FTR) performance and help meet quality and production targets.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team meetings, improvement projects, and related site communications.
• Complete Compliance Wire and other required site training on time.
• Ask questions when procedures are unclear, suggest improvements, adapt to new processes, and perform other duties assigned by management.
