Located in Chester, PA, this position requires on-site presence to operate and monitor critical equipment and processes. Key Responsibilities Perform entry-level micronization and milling of both hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical actives and excipients with precision and safety. Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Monitor production processes closely and document batch records accurately following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Adhere strictly to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance. Identify and promptly communicate any non-routine events, deviations, or GMP deficiencies to supervisors to ensure quality and safety. Maintain cleanliness of processing areas and equipment to meet quality and safety standards. Produce clear, consistent, and thorough documentation complying with Quality Standards (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate). Participate actively in shift change meetings, team discussions, and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence. Strive to achieve First Time Right (FTR) as a key performance indicator, supporting yearly production targets. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Dependable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new processes. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment safely. Basic understanding of manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environments preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety and quality procedures. Preferred: Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, especially pharmaceutical or chemical processing. Familiarity with cGMP standards and documentation practices. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
