Academic Qualification/s:
■ Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
■ Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Experience:
■ Must have at least 5 years combined accounting, tax and finance experience.
■ Experience with audit and preparation of financial statements.
■ Communication Skill
■ Good verbal communication
■ Active listening which involves paying close attention to what the other person is saying, asking clarifying questions and rephrasing what the person says to ensure understanding.
■ Constructive feedback. Being able to give and receive feedback appropriately.
