Chief Flight Instructor

About the role

At ALAS Flight Academy, we are seeking a professional with flight instruction experience and strong leadership skills to help train our future commercial pilots.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Current Flight Instructor License with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings.
• A minimum of 2,000 hours as pilot in command.
• Flight instruction experience: 3 years and 1,000 hours, or 1,500 hours if the applicant has fewer than 3 years of experience.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• Meet recent flight experience requirements and pass the knowledge and proficiency assessments established by the Civil Aviation Authority of Panama.
