The RoleThis is not a traditional executive assistant role.You will become the founder’s right-hand person, helping him organize priorities, protect his focus, coordinate important projects and ensure that decisions lead to completed work.Our founder is highly entrepreneurial, creative and fast-thinking. You must be comfortable taking incomplete ideas, voice notes and conversations and turning them into clear projects, responsibilities, deadlines and outcomes.
What You Will DoTurn WhatsApp voice notes, meetings and ideas into structured action plans.Coordinate products, launches, partnerships, events and recruitment projects.Follow up with team members, clients and partners to ensure commitments are completed.Protect the founder’s time by resolving, delegating or progressing matters that do not require his direct involvement.Prepare information and recommendations before important decisions.Attend selected meetings, document decisions and drive the next steps.Challenge the founder intelligently when priorities are unclear or projects are becoming overcomplicated.Help coordinate the founder’s personal brand, content and thought leadership.Create stronger systems for accountability and project management across the company.

About YouYou are intelligent, commercially minded, highly organized and resourceful.You do not wait for perfect instructions. You ask good questions, understand the desired outcome and move the work forward.You are confident enough to express a different view, but you do not create unnecessary conflict.You care about quality, but you also understand that a growing company must make decisions, launch, learn and improve.You may come from law, consulting, operations, project management, entrepreneurship, professional services or a previous Chief of Staff or Founder’s Associate role.A legal background would be helpful, but it is not required.Execution ability, judgment, trustworthiness and commercial thinking matter more than a specific qualification.
LocationThe role will initially be based in Santa Fe, Mexico City, and will involve working closely with the founder and the existing Headline Act team.We strongly prefer someone who can work regularly alongside the founder in person.Occasional international travel may be required, especially to the U.S..
CompensationCompensation will depend on experience and capability, with the opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance.For the right person, this role could develop into a significant long-term leadership position within Headline Act.
