Tasks
- Partner with the CEO to help lead the firm
- Oversee deal operations, marketing, and finance
- Build the team and systems behind our growth
Requirements
- M&A, banking, or financial services experience
- 10+ years in ops, 5+ in senior leadership
- Experience growing a founder-led firm
- We’re looking for someone from the finance world. Think M&A, banking, accounting, wealth management, or something close to it.
Schedule
- It’s in person at our office in Carmel, Indiana.
- We’re in the office four days a week, with Fridays remote.
