Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - United States

GTR is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy. This full-time role, based in the United States, offers a competitive salary of USD $350,000 per year. The CTO will drive innovation, oversee technology development, and ensure alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of software developers and technology professionals.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance software development and project management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate technology solutions supporting operational needs.
• Manage acquisition and deployment of new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Track and measure technology effectiveness using defined success metrics.
• Communicate progress and align initiatives with stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and managing technology teams.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and software development project management.
• Experience evaluating and implementing innovative technology solutions.
• Preferred: Several years in a technology leadership role.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and reports directly to the executive leadership team to drive successful technology initiatives.
