Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — United States

GTR is hiring a full-time, remote-eligible Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in the United States. The CTO will lead technology initiatives, align technology strategy with business goals, and foster a culture of innovation. The stated compensation is USD $350,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support software developers and technology professionals.
• Implement agile methodologies to improve software development and project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet operational needs.
• Evaluate, acquire, and implement technologies that support business goals and competitive advantage.
• Establish systems to track technology performance and success metrics.
• Communicate technology initiatives and progress to stakeholders.
• Report to the executive leadership team and contribute to high-level planning.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage technology teams.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies.
• Expertise in software development and project management.
• Experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions.
• Experience in a technology leadership role is preferred.
