CHOFER Full-Time Job in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic

PATRONATO CIBAO DE REHABLITACION is hiring a dedicated and responsible CHOFER to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago Province, Dominican Republic. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient transportation of clients and cargo, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods and services to predetermined locations.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and address minor repairs to ensure operational readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during transport.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to promote safe driving practices.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as necessary, ensuring it is secured properly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any logistical issues or delays.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven driving experience with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong skills in vehicle maintenance and understanding of basic repair practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to navigate and plan routes efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
