Citation Sovereign Captain (PIC) and First Officer (SIC)

Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN
Schedule: 10 on / 5 off rotation, averaging about 12 days per month
Best Jets International is seeking a Captain and a First Officer for our Cessna Citation Sovereign (CE-680), flying both Part 91 and Part 135 operations. We're looking for dependable, service-minded professionals who fly with precision, work well as a crew, and put safety first.
Responsibilities:
▪️Operate the Citation Sovereign safely and efficiently under Part 91, Part 135, and company procedures.
▪️Complete thorough preflight planning, including weather, performance, weight and balance, and international requirements.
▪️Provide a polished, professional experience for every passenger.
Maintain accurate flight, duty, and aircraft records.
▪️Communicate trip status, aircraft discrepancies, and scheduling needs with dispatch, maintenance, and the chief pilot.
▪️Captain: lead the crew and make sound, conservative decisions as Pilot in Command.
▪️First Officer: support the Captain in all phases of flight and help prepare the aircraft and cabin.
Required Qualifications:
▪️Captain: FAA ATP, First Class Medical, 3,000+ total time, 1,000+ multi-engine, 500+ turbine PIC.
▪️First Officer: FAA Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument (ATP preferred), First Class Medical, 1,500+ total time, 500+ multi-engine.
▪️Live within a 2-hour drive of the Twin Cities, or be willing to relocate.
▪️Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
▪️Clean FAA record and PRD history; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
▪️Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays during your rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
▪️CE-680 type rating (PIC or SIC).
▪️Part 91 corporate and Part 135 charter experience.
▪️International flying experience.
