Civil Engineer

Responsibility:
- Plan, design, coordinate and supervise the construction of new buildings, warehouses, workshops, truck terminals, office complexes, apartment buildings, and other civil infrastructure projects.
- Manage construction projects from concept, design, approval, execution, commissioning, and final handover.
- Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and company specifications.
- Prepare project scopes, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction works.

Requirements:
- CORREN registration or eligibility for registration is required.
- Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is an added advantage.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure management.
- Experience in real estate, industrial facilities, or commercial construction is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously.
