Civil Engineer

Tasks

• Supervise construction work on-site and make sure it follows the plan, safety rules, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers
• Prepare and check reports, drawings, and documents
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule
• Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed
• Solve technical problems and apply solutions on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related course
• Must be a Registered Civil Engineering
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project), and surveying
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Technical: Structural Analysis, AutoCAD, surveying, project scheduling tools
• Project Management: Planning, resource allocation, risk management
• Communication: Clear reporting and coordination with different teams
• Problem-Solving: Quick and effective solutions to site challenges
• Numerical/Analytical: Strong in engineering calculations and cost estimation
• Leadership: Can guide and motivate site teams
• Detail-oriented: Careful with construction accuracy and documentation
• Integrity: Honest, accountable, and safety-focused
• Adaptable: Can handle unexpected site issues or changes
• Resilient: Able to manage stress and long working hours
