Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; licensed Civil Engineer is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction site operations and project supervision. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site coordination. • Experienced in preparing, reviewing, and managing project documentation, reports, accomplishment reports, progress reports, and project records. • Proficient in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. • Knowledgeable in project scheduling, monitoring, quality control, and safety compliance. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and construction-related software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements effectively.
