Job description
We require experience in all areas of civil litigation Including; research, electronic filing process for county, state and federal court. Must be familiar with federal, state and county courts procedures as well as drafting pleadings, written discovery. Must be proficient in Word and Adobe. There will be extensive client contact and assisting attorneys with case management. MDL experience in all phases is a plus.
