Participate in special projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-3 years of experience in claims adjustment or related insurance roles preferred. Industry certifications such as AIC or CPCU are advantageous.
