Claims Processing Help Desk Associate – Los Angeles, CA

Fullcrhum Bio-Tech Ltd is hiring a full-time Claims Processing Help Desk Associate in Los Angeles, California. This role is also remote eligible and supports customers with claims inquiries, documentation, submissions, and follow-ups. Use your customer service and analytical skills to help resolve issues and improve the claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to claims-related questions and provide clear guidance and solutions.
• Process, review, and manage claims documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot claims processing issues and help customers navigate claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim statuses.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex claims and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to better claims processing procedures and practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• One to two years of customer service or claims processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims processing software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

Compensation and Work Environment
