Job description
Tasks
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload a variety of cargo
- Plan routes and complete deliveries efficiently
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Complete e-logs and required transportation paperwork
- Follow all transportation regulations and company safety procedures
- Represent Atlantic Tiltload professionally with every customer
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
- Clean driver's abstract
- Experience operating Class 3 or tilt deck trucks is considered an asset
- Knowledge of load securement, weight distribution, and over-dimensional permits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Safety-focused with a professional attitude
