Tasks

• Reviewing applications and documentation
• Processing and verifying rebate information
• Entering, organizing, and checking data
• Working extensively in Microsoft Excel
• Responding to questions from the public
• Tracking multiple applications and deadlines
• Taking clear meeting notes and documenting next steps
• Collaborating with internal teams while handling confidential information responsibly

Requirements

• Patient and professional with customers
• A clear writer and confident communicator
• Comfortable presenting information to groups
• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
• Skilled with Excel, formulas, sorting, and data organization
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details
• Comfortable working independently and knowing when to escalate questions
• Strong program support, customer service, administrative operations, data management, Excel, or application processing experience

Schedule

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite | 2 days remote
• At least 2 years from projected start date
• 35 hours/week
