Cleaner Janitorial Worker

We are looking for a responsible and reliable cleaning staff member for a long-term, permanent position with Retrofit Property Solutions.

Schedule (Alternating Weeks):
Week 1: Monday / Wednesday
Week 2: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday
This schedule alternates continuously in this exact cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Indoor cleaning of buildings: vacuuming using a professional backpack vacuum, mopping floors where necessary, and dusting.
Cleaning and polishing glass entrance doors.
Collecting and taking out trash (when applicable).
Specific task for one property: cleaning around the trash dumpsters and picking up loose paper/litter on the property grounds.

Working Hours:
Approximately 6 hours at one property.
4–5 hours at the other properties.

Compensation & Equipment:
Pay rate: $22.50 per hour
All necessary supplies, cleaning equipment, and a professional backpack vacuum are provided by the company.
