Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented contractors needed to provide residential cleaning services throughout North Side Chicago neighborhoods. Requirements include 1+ year of cleaning experience, effective communication in English, reliable transportation, willingness to travel 100% for jobs, and ability to work in person. Must provide a Certificate of Insurance covering General Liability, Janitorial Bond, Workers' Compensation, and Auto Insurance. Tasks include dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning fixtures, electronics, furniture, tidying, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, following checklists, and maintaining professionalism.
