Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve and surpass individual sales objectives, contributing to the store’s commercial success and prestige.
• Convey RIMOWA’s heritage, iconic designs, engineering, and craftsmanship as a brand ambassador.
• Build an exclusive, loyal client portfolio and encourage repeat business through personalized engagement, appointments, and events.
• Support colleagues and foster a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.
• Customer service: Represent the RIMOWA brand with professionalism and provide a seamless post-purchase experience by managing client follow-ups, repairs, and service requests with discretion and care.
• Anticipate client needs through knowledge of the brand’s history, new product launches, and the luxury landscape. Create elevated moments that reflect RIMOWA’s refinement.
• Operations: Execute POS transactions efficiently, open and close the store register in compliance with company policies, and participate in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising and a polished, luxurious, inviting store aesthetic.
