Job description
Discount AC & Refregiration of Phoenix is seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to join our team remotely from LATAM. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and field technicians, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly managing inquiries and service requests.
- Return client calls to provide pricing, create quotes, and schedule service appointments.
- Coordinate between field technicians and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs to support follow-up and data integrity.
- Assist in developing client feedback programs to improve service quality.
- Prepare and distribute client updates and progress reports regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions addressing client-specific needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services or customer support; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
