The Qualifications We Seek
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred1-3 years of experience in client intake, sales, or customer-facing service rolesGeneral knowledge of the legal industry is an advantage
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, calendar management tools, and CRM softwareFluency in English and Spanish is preferred
Professional Skills
Superior sales and customer service skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and writing abilitiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independentlyConfident, articulate, and diplomatic, with strong emotional intelligenceAbility to guide prospective clients through the engagement processSelf-motivated and driven to achieve both individual and team goals
Your Daily Tasks
Client Intake & Consultations
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective new clients interested in the firm's legal servicesConduct comprehensive initial consultations to present the firm's services and support client retentionGather relevant information regarding prospective clients and their legal matters while assuring them of the firm's ability to assist
Client Relationship Management
Maintain communication with prospective clients who miss consultations or choose not to retain services immediately, keeping opportunities open for future engagementBuild trust through professional, empathetic, and responsive communication
Lead & Pipeline Management
Maintain an organized tracking system for leads, new clients, and referral sourcesEnsure CRM and office software remain accurate and up to dateTrack metrics related to prospective clients, new client conversions, and sales performance
Reporting & Process Improvement
Provide management with feedback regarding lead quality, lead volume, and client trendsRecommend process improvements that enhance the client intake experience and operational efficiency
Compliance & Professional Standards
Prepare prospective clients for engagement while adhering to legal ethics and company policiesRefrain from providing legal advice or entering into client engagements, ensuring all final engagement documents are reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney
