About the role
Kat Jan is seeking a Client Manager Sales Client Success to guide families through care options and support a better care experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries and guide families through their care options.
- Conduct consultations and convert qualified opportunities into new clients.
- Support onboarding and ensure care begins smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Understand changing client needs and identify opportunities for additional support.
- Work closely with the Care and Operations teams.
- Support referral relationships and Good Comfort’s continued growth.
