Be the face of Mahogany Finance.

Mahogany Finance is looking for a confident, professional and highly organised Client Services Officer to join our Port Moresby team.

This is a key front-of-house role for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, keeping an office running efficiently and creating a positive first impression.

You’ll work closely with our Port Moresby team across client enquiries, communications, office administration, meeting and travel coordination and general operational support.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong customer service and administrative experience
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Is organised, proactive and pays attention to detail
• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Has good Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Brings a positive, solutions–focused attitude to work
• Experience in financial services or with a Core Banking System such as Finpower would be an advantage, but is not essential.
