About the role
Supporting clients through their solar contract exit process
Tasks
- Conduct outbound welcome calls and explain next steps
- Set clear expectations throughout the client process
- Manage high-volume inbound calls professionally
- Answer questions and provide accurate status updates
- Make follow-up calls to confirm details and gather information
- Coordinate documentation with law firms and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call centers, client support, or administration is preferred.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!
