Clinical Assistant

About the role

At Hanger, Inc., the Clinical Aide supports certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care services. Under the supervision of a credentialed clinician, the role includes patient care preparation, technical fabrication and modification of devices, clinical documentation, and inventory management. Assigned tasks must be completed with precision and attention to detail while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients.
