We are seeking a licensed Clinical Dietician to develop, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional care plans tailored to diverse patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and assess patient nutritional care plans, including diabetes management and education per guidelines.
- Adapt nutrition plans considering economic, social, cultural, and age-specific patient factors.
- Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide age-appropriate nutritional education and assess patient/family learning needs.
- Contribute to the creation and review of educational materials and departmental resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical nutrition experience in pediatrics.
- Experience working in outpatient settings.
Requirements:
- Licensed Dietitian in Texas (TDLR).
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
