Tasks

• Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products.
• Identifies best practices and standards for the use of the product.
• Delivers support and design for industry specific technologies that require integration with systems or networks.
• Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts.

Requirements

• Need only local candidates
• Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including core services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and security
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
• Proven track record of cloud migrations and modernization projects.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
• Demonstratable work experience with Hybrid converged datacenters and clouds
• Design and implementation of cloud solutions
• Cost optimization, Risk assessment and mitigation planning for cloud infrastructure
• Networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, load balancing, DNS, firewalls)
• Security and compliance frameworks (Zero Trust, encryption, IAM, compliance standards like FedRAMP for government)
• Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
• 11-15 yrs. conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty
• 11-15 yrs. preparing complex tech
