Team members are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to efficient, well-organized production processes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Machinist role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and work orders. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling, performing machine adjustments, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards. The role involves maintaining equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and documenting production activities. The CNC Machinist will work closely with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines, follow safety procedures, and support continuous process improvements on the shop floor.QualificationsCNC Machine Operation and general Machine Operation skills, including setup, adjustment, and safe use of equipment.Machining and Lathe skills for producing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.Quality Control skills, including measurement, inspection, and adherence to tolerances and documentation requirements.Experience working with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to workplace safety.Prior experience as a CNC machinist or completion of a relevant technical program or apprenticeship is preferred.
