COLLECTION ASSOCIATE
• Male applicant, preferably a graduate of Business Administration or any related/equivalent course.
• Proven experience in collections.
• Familiarity with collection techniques and procedures.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to drive motorcycle with driver’s License (Prof or Non-Prof)
