We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in billing, collections, or retention to support clients with outstanding final expense life insurance premiums.
This role is essential to delivering a positive customer experience while effectively managing payment discussions, resolving issues, and ensuring premium recovery.

🔎 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls related to outstanding insurance premiumsAssist clients with payment arrangements and account updatesResolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely mannerAccurately document all interactions in CRM systemsMeet quality, compliance, and performance standardsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution
🎯 Ideal Profile✔ 2+ years of experience in call center or BPO environments✔ Background in collections, billing, retention, or payment recovery✔ Strong command of English (C1 or advanced conversational level)✔ Fluent Spanish (written and spoken)✔ Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally✔ High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills✔ Experience in life insurance is a strong plus
