Collections Specialist

Tasks

• Managing and following up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments
• Negotiating payment arrangements and maintaining professional customer communication
• Monitoring account status and preparing aging reports
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment disputes
• Documenting collection activities and recommending escalations when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial collections or credit control
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) and confidence in professional communication
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as Sage 50, QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics SL, or Dynamics 365 BC
• Good Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
