Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record (MVR) checks
• Possession of a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Skills and Abilities

• Capable of physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Advanced knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures
• Strong sales orientation and customer communication skills
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
