FrankCrum Staffing is hiring for a full-time Commercial Account Manager- (Property and Casualty) position with the FrankCrum Insurance Agency (FCIA), a local family-owned Commercial Insurance Agency serving a diverse client base throughout the US. The agency provides detailed information to help clients make informed decisions about commercial insurance coverage needs and works with a wide range of industries and coverage types.

This role manages day-to-day service for mid-sized to large commercial insurance accounts, with the potential for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of mid-sized to large commercial insurance clients, building trusted relationships that support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Advise clients by evaluating exposures, identifying coverage gaps, recommending insurance solutions, and addressing evolving business needs.
• Analyze client risk profiles, coverage requirements, and loss experience to develop insurance strategies, market accounts when appropriate, and ensure compliance with carrier underwriting and binding authority.
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and underwriting requirements with carriers and underwriters.
• Prepare, review, and issue proposals, binders, certificates, summaries of insurance, and policy documentation.
• Manage client servicing, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, contract reviews, audits, certificates of insurance, billing inquiries, and claims coordination.
