Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain locks and locking mechanisms in both commercial and residential settings. Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Perform routine maintenance on locking systems and prepare reports on service activities. Educate clients on security measures and product offerings to enhance their safety. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share best practices. Manage time efficiently, ensuring timely completion of service calls while maintaining high quality standards. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing, with a strong understanding of various locking systems. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with locksmithing tools and technology. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Industry-standard certifications in locksmithing are preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
